1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgriSense NZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the service, including farm owners, managers, and workers.
2. Description of Service
AgriSense NZ is a farm management platform providing: paddock and map management, task assignment and tracking, grazing schedules, animal health records, staff rostering and timesheets, health and safety compliance tools, equipment management, and document storage. The service is available on iOS, Android, and web.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account with accurate information to use AgriSense NZ. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, not attempt unauthorised access, comply with New Zealand laws, and respect other users' privacy.
5. Farm Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into AgriSense NZ. We have a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of AgriSense NZ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and use Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure for secure data storage.
7. Intellectual Property
The design, code, branding, and all intellectual property associated with the AgriSense NZ service remains the property of AgriSense NZ.
8. Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify the service from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any recommendations or data presented through the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using AgriSense NZ at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request a copy of your data by emailing casey@agrisensenz.cloud.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
