How do I create an account?

Download the AgriSense NZ app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit our web app. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account with your email address.

How do I set up my farm?

After creating your account, you'll be guided through the farm setup process. Enter your farm name, type, and location. You can then start adding paddocks and inviting team members.

Can I invite my team members?

Yes! Go to Staff Management in the app and invite team members by email. You can assign roles (manager, assistant, worker) to control what each person can access.

AgriSense NZ is available on iPhone (iOS 16+), Android phones and tablets, and any modern web browser through our web portal.

How do I add paddocks to my farm map?

Open the Map screen and tap the "+" button. Draw your paddock boundary by tapping points on the map, then name your paddock and save.

Can I import existing paddock boundaries?

We're working on import functionality. Currently, paddock boundaries need to be drawn manually in the app. Contact us if you have specific import needs.

How do I record soil tests and spray records?

Navigate to any paddock detail screen and you'll find sections for Soil Tests, Spray Records, and Fertiliser applications. Tap to add new records.

How do I set up a grazing rotation?

Go to the Grazing Schedule screen and tap to assign stock to paddocks for specific date ranges. The calendar view will show your rotation plan.

Can I plan grazing schedules weeks in advance?

Yes! You can plan your grazing schedule as far in advance as you like. Simply select future dates when assigning stock to paddocks.

How does the color-coding system work?

Paddocks are color-coded by status: green for available, orange for currently being grazed, and red for resting or unavailable.

How do I assign tasks to team members?

Create a new task, fill in the details, and select a team member from the assignee dropdown. They'll receive a push notification.

Can workers see only their assigned tasks?

Workers can see tasks assigned to them and shared farm tasks. Managers can see all tasks across the farm.

Yes! Team members receive push notifications for new task assignments, task updates, and approaching due dates.

Yes. All your data is automatically backed up on Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is encrypted and securely stored.

The app isn't syncing — what should I do?

Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in. Contact support if problems continue.
