AgriSense NZ is a farm management application designed to help New Zealand farmers streamline their operations. We are based in New Zealand.

We collect the following information:

• Full name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Farm type and farm size
• Farm data including paddocks, tasks, animals, and documents
• Usage analytics

3. Why We Collect It

To provide the farm management service, improve the product, and send service-related communications.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for AgriSense NZ service delivery. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud). Only authorised users of each farm can access farm data. We use standard encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, corrections of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing casey@agrisensenz.cloud.

8. New Zealand Privacy Act 2020

This privacy policy is governed by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Act.

9. Facebook Lead Ad Data

Through Facebook Lead Forms, we may collect: full name, email address, phone number, farm type, farm size, and biggest farming challenge. This data is used solely for our early access waitlist and AgriSense NZ communications.
